[edit] How do I remove the black border around the header image?

The black border is actually part of the underlying image, header.png or header-1024.png, depending on the layout you are using (default 800px or 1024px width). The files reside in the mandigo/images/ folder.

To remove the black border or to change its color, you will have to edit the appropriate file in an image editing software which supports transparent PNG files, such as Adobe Photoshop.

[edit] Pre-made all white headers

There are pre-made all white headers available at the links below. Just pick the one for your current configuration then rename the file to either header.png for the 800px version or header-1024.png for the 1024px one.
